Programming for Life

Life Is tough, time is hard to find, and a lot of us take our body for granted. Our health seems to be something which takes a back seat until it can’t any longer. Our diet suffers due to time, our gym sessions lose out to other priorities but we all know we should be keeping ourselves fit and healthy. I want to be able to run around with my family, i want to ski for as long as possible, and I want to be able to say yes when friends ask me to play golf and tennis with them. This is why i train. I don’t train for sport or to compete anymore, i train to live.
